Summary
The article deals with the problems of formation and functioning of stock marketing Uzbekistan. The basic attention at carrying out this research is given to formation of legal bases of effective functioning of the domestic stock market and its integration into the world markets that demands conformity to the modern requirements of high standards of the securities market.
