This article is another attempt of the author to examine the relevant questions related to corporate criminal liability. This research is based on the argument that rules on application of criminal punishment to corporate bodies constitute one of the most important cornerstones of corporate criminal liability doctrine overall. Thus, the author outlines the main practical problems related to the subject, provides a comparative study of the laws of Lithuania and other jurisdictions and gives the authentic view to the problems and ways of their elimination.
