Summary

This article examines the main legal problems, which are related to the concepts of criminal punishment purposes and legal personality. The publication encapsulates the analysis of the purposes of criminal punishment when the main issue is the legal person. The author contends that the same purposes of the latter measures exist for both perpetrators natural persons and corporations. However, there are some formal peculiarities, which must be paid attention to while regulating the system of punishments for corporate bodies. This article is devoted for the mentioned criminal law peculiarities.
